HSA Series ^{High Speed} 150S, 250S

These ultra high speed units have been streamlined with ruthless efficiency to produce unbeatable performance.

The HSA-150S features a standard traverse stroke of 1700mm, optionally extendable up to a maximum of 2500mm. The standard kick stroke is 550mm while the vertical stroke is 850mm, optionally extendable up to a maximum of 1300mm. The maximum payload (including end of arm tooling) is 3Kg.

The HSA-250S features a standard traverse stroke of 1700mm, optionally extendable up to a maximum of 2500mm. The standard kick stroke is 760mm while the vertical stroke is 950mm, optionally extendable up to a maximum of 1300mm. The maximum payload (including end of arm tooling) is 5kg.

The HSA models are supplied with the E-touch II-K controller, a variant of the highly regarded E-touch II. this provides a full colour 10.4" touch sensitive screen encased within a drop protected IP44 casing for durability. The operator friendly graphical interface is both straight forward to use and deceptively powerful, offering a wide range of functions. Functions such as Easy Teaching and Lead Through Teaching, both of which assist the operator to program the robot for new tasks.
