RCII Series 100S/D, 150S/D, 250S/D, 400S/D
The RCII Series offers specialised solutions for most common moulding machine sizes. The models from RCII-100 to RCII-400 admirably serve the small to medium sector where relatively light payloads need to be moved quickly over potentially large distances with maximum accuracy and minimal running costs.
- RCII-100
- The RCII-100 has a standard traverse stroke of 1100mm, optionally extendable to a maximum of 2500mm. The standard kick stroke is 583mm (523mm for D variants) while the vertical stroke is 700mm, optionally extendable to a maximum of 1550mm.
- RCII-150
- The RCII-150 has a standard traverse stroke of 1500mm, optionally extendable to a maximum of 2500mm. The standard kick stroke is 583mm (523mm for D variants) while the vertical stroke is 850mm, optionally extendable to a maximum of 1550mm.
- RCII-250
- The RCII-250 has a standard traverse stroke of 1500mm, optionally extendable to a maximum of 2500mm. The standard kick stroke is 733mm (673mm for D variants) while the vertical stroke is 950mm, optionally extendable to a maximum of 1550mm.
- RCII-400
- The RCII-400 has a standard traverse stroke of 1700mm, optionally extendable to a maximum of 2500mm. The standard kick stroke is 978mm (918mm for D variants) while the vertical stroke is 1100mm, optionally extendable to a maximum of 1550mm. The payload capacity is 10Kg (including end of arm tooling), optionally expandable to 13Kg.
The payload capacities for the RCII-100, RCII-150 and RCII-250 models are 5Kg (including end of arm tooling), optionally expandable to 11Kg. The payload capacity for the RCII-400 is 10Kg (including end of arm tooling), optionally expandable to 13Kg.
Control is provided by the incomparable E-touch II unit -a compact full colour 10.4" touch screen with icon and menu navigation as well as physical off-sreen buttons. Straightforward to learn and use, the E-touch II also includes Lead Through Teaching to permit the operator to add or adjust positions, speeds or timers with ease. The inclusive Robot Simulator Screen usefully allows simulation and checking of newly-programmed motions on screen before enactment on the robot itself.
