SA Series 150S/D, 250S/D
The SA-150 and SA-250 servo traverse robots are created to match injection moulding machines with clamping forces in the range 100 tonnes to 350 tonnes, and can accomodate payloads of up to 5Kg (including end of arm tooling).
Single-support kick frame designs plus lightweight alloy beam construction provide rigidity and promote accurate placement. S variants are equipped with a solitary single-stage vertical arm for use with single phase moulds. Alternatively, D models feature a main single-stage vertical arm plus a sprue arm, for use with three-plate moulds.
The SA-150 features a standard traverse stroke of 1500mm, optionally extendable to 1900mm. The standard kick stroke is 578mm (518mm for D variants) while the vertical stroke is 800mm, optionally extendable to 900mm.
The SA-250 also has a standard traverse stroke of 1500mm, optionally extendable to 1900mm. The standard kick stroke is 728mm (668mm for D variants) while the vertical stroke is 900mm, optionally extendable to 1000mm.
Pin-point control is provided by the E-touch Lite II controller, equipped with a full colour touch screen plus tactile directional keypad for natural operator interaction. Removable SD cards enable easy off-site programming backup while also allowing teaching data to be easily moved between similar robots.
De-mould dry cycle times are from 0.85 seconds.
