SA Series 70S/D
The SA-70 is our entry-level servo traverse robot and offers unbeatable price-performance for general purpose de-moulding of lighter payloads from smaller presses. The SA-70 features lightweight alloy beam construction, a single support kick frame and a single-stage telescopic vertical arm, capable of supporting payloads up to 3Kg (including end of arm tooling).
The SA-70 has a standard traverse stroke of 900mm, optionally extendable to 1200 or 1600mm (the latter requiring a support stanchion). The standard kick stroke is 470mm (430mm for D variants) while the vertical stroke is 650mm, optionally extendable to 750mm.
The inclusive E-touch Lite II controller provides a full colour, fast response touch screen with an off-screen directional keypad for quick and easy operation. Memory backup is provided by removable SD cards that also allow teaching data to be easily transferred between robots of a similar type.
De-mould dry cycle times are from 0.85 seconds.
