SAII Series 350, 600, 850
Designed to deliver an excellent price/performance combination, the SAII range offers a reliable general purpose de-moulding solution. Alloy beams, a single support kick frame and a two-stage telescopic vertical arm offer a lightweight and rigid construction for a stable performance.
The SAII-350 and SAII-600 models both feature a standard traverse stroke of 1700mm, optionally extendable to 1900 or 2200mm, as required. The standard SAII-350 and SAII-600 kick stroke is 1100mm (940mm for D variants) while the vertical stroke is 1100mm for the SAII-350 and 1300mm for the SAII-600. Both the SAII-350 and SAII-600 models can handle payloads up to 12Kg (including end of arm tooling).
The SAII-850 has a standard traverse stroke of 2000mm, optionally extendable to 2500mm. The standard kick stroke is 1360mm (1220mm for D variants) while the vertical stroke is 1700mm (1750mm for the sub arm of D variants). The SAII-850 can handle payloads up to 15Kg (including end of arm tooling).
Programming and operation is made straightforward by the in-built E-touch Lite II Controller which provides a full colour fast response touch screen and off-screen directional keypad. Removable SD cards are used for programming backup in addition to simplifying data transfer between similar robots.
De-mould dry cycle times are from 0.85 seconds.
