SX-21 Series High Speed 150, 150D, 150HS, 250, 250D, 250HS
Yushin’s longest running and most popular side-entry robot range is still going strong. The SX-21 range includes models suitable for injection moulding machines with clamping forces between 100-300 tonnes. The two-axis design is driven solely by high speed digital servo motors and while the celebrated Yushin linear guide rail ensures smooth and accurate running.
All models in the range have a standard traverse stroke of 1500mm and a kick stroke of 400mm. The maximum payload is 2Kg, including the end of arm tooling. The take out cycle is from 0.46 seconds while the full dry cycle is from 3.46 seconds.
Additional options such as paired product and runner arms (D-type) as well as high-speed versions (HS type) make this clean room-compatible robot remains as a highly capable and versatile solution.
