HOP Five Series 450, 550, 650, 750, 900, 1000

Boasting a space saving and robust design, the HOP Five Series offers quick and reliable removal of sprues and parts from injection moulding machines.

There are six members of the HOP Five family, ranging from the smaller HOP Five-450 to the larger HOP Five-1000. In this range, the number relates to the length of the vertical stroke (in millimetres) rather than the size of the moulding machine. The kick stroke is 90mm for the 450, 550 and 650 models. On the 750, 900 and 1000 models, the kick stroke is extended to 150mm. For all models, the swing stroke can range between 50 and 90 degrees and the maximum payload is 2Kg (including end of arm tooling).

To free up your valuable floor space, all members of the HOPV family neatly include all of their control and power circuitry within the main body casing. To promote efficient and precise operation, the three-axis HOP Five design minimises vibration even under the fastest take-out cycles.

All HOPV models are equipped with our latest handheld controller, the G-II which features a larger LCD screen for added clarity, an enhanced user interface and also allows up to 30 mould set ups to be stored for extra flexibility.
