It's never just about selling a robot, it is much more than that: From making sure that your robot is correctly assembled and tested through to providing help with programming; from production line design to full installation; from full project management to 24/7 support and call out. Whatever your needs our knowledgeable staff are there to help you and to make it happen.
Typical Services
- Project Management
- An engineer will take full responsibility for your order and liaise with you on a regular basis to keep you updated on progress.
- Design
- CAD layouts and 3D model creation of the system for approval; adaptor plate and mounting base design to match your machine; End of Arm Tooling (EAOT) design with component and assembly drawings for manufacture.
- Manufacture
- Manufacture of safety guarding, machining and fitting of system components.
- Assembly and Testing
- Building and soak testing robots in our dedicated test cell prior to shipment.
- Installation
- Installing the robot and equipment, commissioning and carrying out full safety checks.
- Software programming
- Our engineers will create bespoke robot sequences for you during robot commissioning. These can vary from simple sequence modifications through to complex packaging sequences. We specialise in Siemens, Mitsubishi and Rockwell PLC’s and HMI’s.
- Post installation customer care
- After the completed system has been handed over, we offer full support through our Customer Service department. As necessary, this may include comprehensive staff training, telephone support and/or on-site service.
