The YAII-400 has a standard traverse stroke of 1700mm, optionally extendable to 1900 or 2200mm. The standard kick stroke is 1000mm (868mm for D variants) while the vertical stroke is 1100mm.The YAII-600-e has a standard traverse stroke of 2200mm, optionally extendable to 2500mm. The standard kick stroke is 1100mm (968mm for D variants) while the vertical stroke is 1300mm.
Both models can handle a payload of just less than 10Kg (including end of arm tooling).
De-mould dry cycle times are from 0.80 seconds
The vertical arm on the take-out robot is a two-stage telescopic type. The overall height of the robot is reduced, compared with single stroke type.
This indicates the range of applicable size of moulding machines.
Indicates the number of servo-drive axes.
The vertical stroke and kick stroke can be set to any desired length.
This indicates U-fork type kick frame which holds vertical arm from both sides. This offers higher rigidity than dual-sides holding.
NC Box (motor driver box) is unified with the robot main body.
Our own proprietary low-resistance Yushin linear rail mechanism is used in the guide rail section.
