YAII Series

400S/D, 600S/D-e

The YAII-400 has a standard traverse stroke of 1700mm, optionally extendable to 1900 or 2200mm. The standard kick stroke is 1000mm (868mm for D variants) while the vertical stroke is 1100mm.The YAII-600-e has a standard traverse stroke of 2200mm, optionally extendable to 2500mm. The standard kick stroke is 1100mm (968mm for D variants) while the vertical stroke is 1300mm.

Both models can handle a payload of just less than 10Kg (including end of arm tooling).

The mid-range YAII-400 and YAII-600-e models both benefit from a highly rigid steel traverse axis frame to ensure dependable operation, even when handling payloads nearing 10Kg



2 Stage Telescopic

Vertical Frame

The vertical arm on the take-out robot is a two-stage telescopic type. The overall height of the robot is reduced, compared with single stroke type.
