Design optimisation has reduced the size of the arm’s wrist and flip unit by 38%. This thinner arm allows operators to shorten mould openings by up to 41mm, helping reduce the moulding cycle time.

With reduction in the robot weight by 13%, the HSA series robot achieved a world class take-out time of 0.27secs during live moulding at the K-show (see video).
