With factory floorspace at a premium, a one size fits all solution is not the answer. We have developed the box filler in two distinct layouts. A traditional rotary carousel style and a linear box style.

The linear variation has been designed to fit alongside or in between existing moulding machines.

A 4″ colour HMI allows operators to set the desired count, number of boxes and shows a live count of parts in the box/bag.

As standard, a single photoelectric sensor is included to count rows of parts as they are deposited into the infeed of the system (usually from an upstream conveyor). However, arrays of sensors or cameras can be integrated to provide flexible count options if required.

The carousel top plate can be modified to suit boxes of different dimensions and can be adapted to handle bags also.

The linear box system can be designed for different box widths and the conveyor length can be modified to increase the number of empty and full boxes in the buffer to increase attendance times (floorspace permitting!).
